Tennis elbow sits in the forearm muscles just below the joint. The RocketGrip Pneumatic Elbow Brace targets exactly that spot: a pre-inflated air pad presses on the extensor muscle instead of squeezing the whole arm.

• Focused compression where the strain is, not around the whole forearm
• Full range of motion for serves, backhands and everyday tasks
• Stays in place thanks to the soft, non-slip lining
• One size, either arm with an adjustable hook-and-loop strap

1. Wrap the brace around your forearm with the logo facing out.
2. Centre the air pad just below the elbow, over the sore muscle: on the outer forearm for tennis elbow, on the inner forearm for golfer’s elbow.
3. Tighten the strap until it feels snug, not tight.

Wear it while you play and during tasks that load the forearm. Take it off when you rest.

One size fits most adult forearms, on the left or right arm.

Care: hand wash in cool water with mild soap, rinse and air dry. Do not use bleach or fabric softener.

Is it for tennis elbow or golfer’s elbow?
Both. Place the air pad on the outer forearm for tennis elbow and on the inner forearm for golfer’s elbow.

Can I play in it?
Yes. The brace only presses on one spot, so it doesn’t restrict your swing.

Will it fit me?
It is one size with an adjustable strap and fits most adult forearms.

My elbow still hurts. What should I do?
The brace supports the forearm during activity. If pain continues or gets worse, see a doctor or physiotherapist.
