Babolat Tennis racket

Babolat Pure Drive Team Gen11

The 11th generation of Babolat's most iconic racket in a lighter 285 g version. Same 100 sq in head and easy power, with a faster swing for intermediate and developing players.

Pure Drive generates power effortlessly, which makes it a natural fit for players who want more pace on their shots. Its stability and manoeuvrability make every stroke easy to play. Players who rely on very heavy spin may prefer a spin-focused frame; Pure Drive is built for power and control.

Built for

Intermediate and developing players who want Pure Drive power in a lighter frame.
Players who want a faster, easier swing than the 300 g model.
Juniors moving up to an adult racket.

Technology

T01
NF² 2.0 Tech
natural flax fibres in the frame filter out unwanted vibration for a more comfortable feel on every hit.
T02
HTR System
High Torsional Rigidity construction stiffens the frame for more stability and energy return at contact.
T03
Elliptic frame
the elliptical beam optimises frame stability and maximises string energy return for extra power.

Specifications from the official Babolat website.
Art. 101554

Weight 285 g / 10.1 oz unstrung

Mid-weight. A balance of manoeuvrability and stability. Fast enough for quick exchanges, solid enough for deep baseline rallies.
Head size 645 cm² / 100 in²

Midplus. The modern standard. A generous sweet spot with plenty of control, the choice of most club and tour players.
Balance 320 mm · 7 pts HL

Head-light. More weight in the handle makes the racket feel lighter than it is. Fast to swing and quick to react at the net.
String pattern 16/19

Open pattern. Fewer strings bite the ball more for extra spin and a livelier, more powerful response.
Stiffness 72 RA

Stiff frame. A firm frame returns more energy to the ball for easy power. A comfortable string setup keeps it arm-friendly.
Beam 23/26/23 mm

Thick beam. A wider, stiffer profile that adds free power and stability on off-centre hits.
Swing weight 280

Moderate swing weight. How heavy the racket feels in motion. A middle value blends racket-head speed with stability.
Length 685 mm / 27 in

Standard length. The classic 27 in length for a familiar feel and easy handling in every situation.
